Editing service profiles

As long as you have the necessary authorisation, you can edit your organisation's service profiles within the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform . Details you can change include Status, Name, SIM State, and Billing Tariff.

To edit a service profile

1. From the menu to the left of the home page, select Service Profiles.

2. Select the Service Profile you want to edit. This will allow you to see that Service Profile's details, including its Name and Description, SIM and IMEI settings, Connectivity Services, and Contract type.

3. Not all fields can be edited. You can see which ones you can change by clicking somewhere in the relevant line:
